What counts as a run?
A run is one pass through a workflow: one invoice, one refund, one new hire. Runs that stop at an exception and resume later still count once.
Who needs a paid seat?
Editors, the people who build and change workflows, are counted on your plan. People who only approve or answer requests from chat or email are not.
What happens if we go over our runs?
