See where the work waits. Then automate it.

Orrery maps the recurring processes that run across your team’s tools, automates the routine steps and shows where every request is waiting.

Illustration of the Orrery app with sample data. The Invoice approval workflow has 38 runs in progress; 25 of them are waiting at Finance approval. Median cycle time over the last 30 days: 1 d 5 h.

Built for teams that run on recurring work: finance, revenue, people and IT.

Three rings around your process: map, then automate, then measure. Your process Map Automate Measure

One clear model of how work moves.

Recurring work is invisible until it is late. Orrery gives every process the same three layers, so you always know what is happening and what to fix next.

  1. Map

Draw each process once, across the tools it touches: inbox, chat, CRM, accounting. Everyone sees the same steps.

  2. Automate

Let Orrery run the routine steps and send the rest to the right person, in the tool they already use.

  3. Measure

See every run in progress, how long each step takes and where runs wait, then change the process with evidence.

Everything a recurring process needs, in one place.

Five capabilities that work together. Start with a map, add automation where it pays off, and let the numbers tell you what to improve.

More about process maps

From scattered requests to a process you can see.

Four steps. You can stop after the second one and still have a clearer picture than before.

  1. Connect your tools

Sign in to the inbox, chat, CRM or accounting system the process already uses.

No changes for your team yet

  2. Map the process

Start from a template or draw the steps yourself. Orrery shows runs as they happen.

  3. Automate the routine

Switch on automation one step at a time. People keep the decisions that need judgement.

    Rules in plain language

  4. Watch and improve

Use the Orbit view and insights to find the slowest step, change it and compare.

Try the Orbit view.

Each ring is a step and each marker a run in progress, oldest first: a long arc is a long queue. Pick a workflow and a period to compare.

      What customers say

“We used to chase approvals in four different places. Now the whole team can see which invoices are stuck, and why, before anyone has to ask.”

How long does it take to set up the first workflow?

Most teams start from a template and connect two or three tools. You can map the process first and switch on automation step by step, so nothing changes for your team until you are ready.

Do approvers need an Orrery account?

No. People who only approve or answer requests do it from chat or email and are not counted as editors. Editors are the people who build and change workflows.

      What counts as a run?

A run is one pass through a workflow: one invoice, one refund, one new hire. Each plan includes a number of runs a month; you can see your usage at any time.

Can we try it before we buy?

Yes. Every plan starts with a free trial, and you can explore the interactive demo on this site with sample data first.

      Where is our data stored?

[Describe where customer data is hosted, how it is protected and where to find your security documentation.]
